Patricia Briskey joined Burton-Share Management as property manager in June of 2006. Ms. Briskey has been a property management professional for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Burton-Share Management, Ms. Briskey was a Manager of Real Estate Administration with Kmart Corporation at its Troy, Michigan headquarters. Her duties included overseeing a team of three property managers responsible for sublease negotiations, renewals and shopping center leasing for 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space throughout the United States.

Ms. Briskey is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and is currently property manager of a diverse portfolio encompassing over 1,300,000 square feet of industrial, office and retail space throughout the Detroit Metro Area.
