The Ste. Anne’s Gate project consists of the redevelopment of 7.63 acres of land within the City of Detroit. Burton-Katzman, and its homebuilding affiliate, Abbey Homes, acquired the site in conjunction with its non-profit partner, Bagley Housing, after being selected to develop the site through an RFP process by the City of Detroit.

Burton-Katzman developed approximately 15 acres of vacant undeveloped agricultural land in Brownstown Twp., MI. The objective in 2003 was to complete luxury apartment homes in the Brownstown Twp. area, one of SE Michigan’s fastest growing communities.

University Professional Park, the first commercial development completed by Burton-Katzman in Southwest Florida, consists of the development of 12.3 acres of vacant land at a prime intersection in Sarasota. This Class A office condominium development is located approximately ½ mile west of I-75, at the southwest intersection of University Parkway and Honore Avenue, in the heart of one of the nation’s fastest growing regions.
