Marlin Wroubel is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Property Management for Burton-Katzman Development Company. With over 35 years development and asset management experience, Mr. Wroubel specializes in institutional-grade, commercial properties. Prior to joining Burton-Katzman Mr. Wroubel was the Vice President of a national development and management company, and was responsible for a staff of 75 individuals covering the eastern half of the United States. His portfolio was valued in excess of $300 million.
Since joining Burton-Katzman 1992, Mr. Wroubel has been a Vice President of property management, project management, and project development and is responsible for the development of a host of class “A” industrial, technical, and commercial sites throughout southeast Michigan. Projects of note include several developments in the prestigious Oakland Technology Park, home of Daimler Chrysler Corporation and Executive Hills Corporate Park in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Mr. Wroubel is currently responsible for the marketing and management of the entire Burton-Katzman portfolio valued in excess of $600 million. His duties include identifying suitable clients, lease negotiations and overseeing the property management department.
Mr. Wroubel has obtained degrees in Business Administration and Applied Sciences, and is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as a licensed Broker in the State of Michigan .
